To whom it may concern: It has been brought to our attention that the cartoon series wit the name similar to ours is in the process of being registered as a trademark by its US production company. The singular nature of our name should make a difference, but there could be problems. While we’d prefer to stay as RUGRAT, we don’t have the time, money or inclination for a legal batlle over what is, after all, just a name. In the future, RUGRAT will be known as BULLTACO.
